By accessing the Site, placing an order, or submitting information through any form on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Our Products
We sell handcrafted collectible items and wearable accessories inspired by dark western horror game aesthetics. Our products are physical handicraft items only. They are not virtual currency, not digital goods, and carry no real-world monetary value. All items are original fan-made interpretations, not official merchandise, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game’s rights holders.
3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, or legal compliance concerns. If payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider(s). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your destination country.In the event of a manifest pricing error, we will contact you before shipping to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund. If we cannot reach you within 60 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship from China. Estimated processing and delivery times are stated on our Shipping Policy page and/or at checkout. These timeframes are estimates only. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will notify you and offer you the option to wait or cancel your order for a full refund.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our full Returns and Refunds Policy is available at https://gospelofthehunt.com/refund_returns/. In summary: because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, finish, and minor detail are normal characteristics of the product and are not considered defects. If your item arrives damaged or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will offer a replacement or refund. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
7. Your Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code;
- Attempt to interfere with the Site’s normal operation;

For claims eligible for small claims court, either party may pursue that remedy. For consumers residing outside China, nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in the courts of your country of residence where mandatory consumer protection laws grant you that right.
Intellectual Property Complaints. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe any content on our Site infringes your rights, please contact us at Support@gospelofthehunt.com with a description of the allegedly infringing material. We reserve the right to remove any product listing or content in response to a valid complaint, and to cancel any pending orders for the affected product with a full refund.
